 A physical address is required for all deliveries

We address parcels EXACTLY as per your order form - please provide all details needed for successful delivery

We cannot deliver to Postnet or a PO Box.

When you click on any item on our website it will show if the item is In Stock or Produced on Order - see below guideline for delivery time depending on the stock status of the items ordered.

How long does it take to receive my parcel?

I am ordering ONLY In Stock	2-4 days	4-6 days
I am ordering "Produced on order" items	10-18 days	12-20 days
I am ordering a mix of In Stock & Produced on order items	10-18 days	12-20 days

The term "day/s" refer to normal SA working days

A regional area is generally any area more than 45km from the nearest City eg. Cape Town, Johannesburg, Bloemfontein, Durban, PE

Shipping times are for indicative purposes, and not by any means a guarantee that parcels will arrive in that time frame.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, customs etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time.

We offer 3 shipping options:

1. Pargo - R95
2. Door to Door shipping is charged at R95
3. Free for orders over R1500.
